Good Morning chikas y chikos!


   I absolutely luv animal print! I have a pair of pumps, and like four shirts.  Any type, giraffe, leopard, cheetah etc.  So as I was painting my nails with OPI San Tan Tonio, I had no idea what to do.  Then I said to myself, animal print!! Why not? So I took my iphone opened youtube and saw a vid from Cutepolish on diy animal prints.  I took my dotting tool and did first the spots with Revlon Golden Charm, then did the outlines with Sinful's Black on Black.  I hope you guys like it, I do not freehand a lot, meaning designs.  Practice makes perfect and I am a lefty, and my left hand was the most difficult to do lol!!

OPI Crimson Carol

Good Morning dearies!

   I am feeling in such an Xmas Spirit, that I wanted another mani today :-) ok and also I got bored of yesterday's mani, lol!  So this mani consists of one holiday polish from OPI Crimson Carol.  First off I did one coat of Crimson Carol, a gorgeous red with gold flecks, from the 2009 Holiday Wishes Collec, wow this bottle was all alone in a basket and I learned that I was from 2009 cause of SCRANGIE.  I do not like reds on my hands, so I wanted to do a design but since I suck at freehand and my stamper and plates where in my room and my son was sleeping there, so I could not get to them, and there was no way I was gonna open my door, since my door sounds like a horror movie one, lol! Then something else came to mind, and I tore a piece of a pencil purse I have, its made of mesh. The design came out looking old and that was perfect. I used for the design Glitzerland from the 2010 OPI Swiss Collec, a gorgeous champagne color. I am absolutely in luv with this mani.

  I decided I wanted a gradient glitter mani. This is a simple way to do one and its quick also! I started with two coats of OPI Bubble Bath, then I sponged lightly Jingle Jangle and on the ends Candy Cane both are from the Beyond the Mistletoe Collec 2011.  I cannot stop staring at my nails now! But be aware these glitters are topcoat thirsty! But still they are way too gorgeous to pass by.

Orly Fowl Play

Orly Fowl Play and OPI Do You Think I'm Texy.

Good Morning boys and girls!

   At last my lemming has been calmed, yaay!!! As you all may have seen on the web, this is Orly Fowl Play from the Birds of A Feather Collec 2011.  I was so anxious that my local Sally would bring it and at last. But the down side they brought it with other two colors in a kit. I usually do not purchase kits, so the other two shades I gave away, cause I did not like them.  It came with a cute little hand purse, with a peacock feather? I guess that's a peacock feather lolz! Ok so I am not into dark vampy shades at least not on my hands, so I layered it with OPI Do You Think I'm Texy from the Texas Collec 2011 and dabbed a bit of Confetti Ice Ice Baby.  Wow it is shiny and looks so yummy!

   I hope everyone is doing great today.  So I went grey, from the OPI Touring America 2011 Collec.  This shade is a creme grey with a hint of green, formula is very good, did two coats and then sponged the sides with NYC Starry Silver Glitter.  A true polishaholic can never leave a color alone, always gotta add something, if it's not a decal, it's freehand, glitter, gradient, you name it! Oh well that's the way it is lol!

OPI Y'All Come Back Ya Hear?

Good Afternoon:

   I hope you all are doing great!  I decided to do a fall mani and I used as a base Y' All Come Back You Hear from the 2011 Texas Collection.  This is a gorgeous orange jelly, I luv it!! Then I sponged the nail randomly with Brisbane Bronze which is part of the Australia Collection plus I added one coat of NYX Glided Glitter, which are golden flakes in a clear base. I am totally in love with this mani! What does everyone think?

Good Morning my dearies:

   I am in the pink mood lately. And I decided to wear Be A Dahlia Won't You today. This shade is from the Summer 2011 Nice Stems Collec.  I got this shade last week along with a couple others.  It is a fuchsia pink with pink and purple flecks.  Gorgeous! App was awesome, then I decided to apply it as a pedi color too.  I will for once have matching mani/pedi, lol!  I love to see other pp hands and feet, and always have wondered when a person has gorgeous hands and super ugly feet or viceversa. I do not think anything about mine, some have told me that they are pretty, I have no idea.  There is some sort of a taboo going on the blogosphere about feet.  Well I guess with the atrocities of badly taken pics, no wonder a lot of pp hate to see toes, rofl! Atrocities mean, raggedy ass cuticles, sloppy app, very long toenails, calluses, etc. You now get the idea, being a manicurist I am very critical, not OCD, cause my paint jobs are not perfect and I do not own the best camera or photoshop either.  But I observe a lot too many badly filed nails out there and that is key for the mani/pedi to look good, plus other essentials as well, just saying. OPI And This Little Piggy

Good Morning boys and girls!

   I hope everyone is doing awesome! How was halloween for you guys? Did everyone do a lot of partying and trick or treating ;-) Here is And This Little Piggy from OPI, Brights, Collec.  I saw this color a while ago in my local beauty supply store but did not pick it up cause I thought it was too sheer.  Indeed it is sheer sort of jellyish formula.  I do not mind that it is sheer, since it is a gorgeous pink polish, with micro glitter flakies which are pink, purple and gold!  This polish looks gorgeous in the shade which is a plus. Formula like buttah! I slapped on some Born Pretty Purple Heart Shaped Rhinestones which think are so cute and girly.  I wanted a girly mani since I am sporting nubs again. And I tried some layering which I will show you later on, the possibilities are endless with And This Little Piggy (btw I do not get the name, oh well, lol). Good Evening boys and girls!

   I have another halloween themed mani, but this time using one Designer Series polish from OPI. This is Treasure an orange gold flecked polish.  Very gorgeous, applies like buttah, extremely sheer in the first and second pics those are only two coats.  The cutie little decals are from Color Club Bewitching Halloween 2010, I found them in my local beauty supply without the nail polish set they belonged to. I love that the decals are black most of them, others are clear, but the coolest thing is that all of them have stones and the decals are blingy!
