Franken Friday

Good Morning lovelies!

It is friday! yaaaayyy!! Well again I was in a frankening mood and decided to whip up some more coloring.  The bottle shot is a franken made of CG Four Leaf Clover, Red WNW polish, Bonita purple np, Sally Hansen Celeb City and Barielle Budda-ful.  At first to be honest it looked like pure shit, rofl! Seriously, then I tweeked the amounts and swatched it and looked awesome, it has badass shine, the swatches of this color are without top coat.

Now the mustard yellow, which resembles babies poop, was done with CG Happy Go Lucky, Bettina Earth, Serena, WNW Gold and Beautiful and Colorama Shimmer Girl.  Yes it looks like babies poop, but do I care? Not really, I have two children so poop is not an issue for me, lololol! This swatch has gelous, one coat, cause it was a teeny bit streaky.

Good Morning boys and girls!


    So last night I was doing my blog reading and I saw a post for Sephora by OPI 212, it blew my mind away. But what blew my mind more was that it is sold out everywhere, darn it!! Anyhow I wanted to franken a nice flaky olive green but I changed my mind and this is what I did! I wanted something foily, flaky and purple.  I went and took my bottle of SB, Sally Hansen Celeb City and 5 different flakies I own. Included are 3 Golden Rose Scale Effects, Hidden Treasure and NYX Purple Avenue. Wow I cannot stop staring at my nails! Now I am thinking of doing the olive one and a golden one. Poor Celeb City I will have to buy a backup lol!

Franken Friday

Happy Friday to all my readers!!!

Bottle Shot of Starry Pink Franken.

I saw Revlon's Starry Pink and I loved it! What I do not love is their formula, they dry slow and the price is too much in my opinion.  So I decided to franken something similar. I mixed Revlon's Cotton Candy and CG Medallion, with some clear nail polish.  Cotton Candy is so streaky and yes smells like Cotton Candy, that is why I bought it in the first place. But darn it dries so slow and bubbles so much! So that is what I got a nice shimmery neutral which can be wearable to work. Medallion sure looks good mixed with Cotton Candy, it glimmers so much!! Plus it dries fast cause the clear nail polish is quick dry! The other colors of Revlon's Fall 2011 Collection are gorgeous, if I see them on sale I might get a couple, google them there are swatches out cause a couple of bloggers have got them already from Target. Frankens many...

The many frankens on my stash, down-up, purple glitter in the air franken, pink franken with blazes of blue,  flaky wine franken and pink glitter in the air franken.

Good  Morning and Happy Friday!!!!!

I decided to join in on the Franken Friday's clan, and I will show you a skittle mani franken style.  I got into frankening Lippman's Glitter in the air, since the price tag is wayyy to high for me. I frankened it in pink then purple, also you will see below in white my latest one.  The pink franken next to the purple glitter in the air is made with Colorama Blazes of Blue and some MAC pigment. The wine colored flaky franken which is one of my faves, was done with an unnamed China Glaze I got and Colorama Shimmer Girl and Kleancolor Chunky Holo Fuchsia.

This is my last franken, I was feeling like I do not wanna wear polish but still do not wanna go nekid. But I wanna wear polish but no color, rofl! So in one of my PMS moods, I did this one. Enjoy the rest of my franken pics!

Icing Duality Love Spell and Franken

Good Morning everybody, Happy Friday!!!

So since in many blogs its franken friday, well I decided to join! Yes, I am with the nubbins, which I do not like very much, but my middle finger nail broke this week and I had to chop them off! I got this Icing little thingy one week ago, it looks like a lip gloss! But yet it is so small, and falls if you try to let it up. The thing that I do not understand is why are you doing this so small? The glitters are gorgeous! And then the price tag, too expensive! Come on, those are not 3 free, they are gorgeous but badly stink. Anyhows I went and applied two coats of my franken which I used only Colorama color and flakies. I did a jelly sandwich and then on top, one coat of Love Spell, which looks so romantic. Love this!!  Here are the pics, I hope you guys have an amazing weekend. Pics are all clickable.

Franken, Dreaming of purple

Good Morning!!!

Yesterday thinking about the love I have for flakies and Jelly nail polishes I turned on my mad scientist mode and prepared a yummy franken.  Nfu-Oh hold on to your panties cause this franken will rock your world lolz!!! I just had to say that, anyways I showed this one to a good friend and she said it was her favorite so I named it thinking about her.  Thanks for being so nice to me, even though you are far away not even the people on my island have been the way you are, life has so many beautiful things for you and your family.  Thank you so much and I cannot wait to open my package.  And I am gonna make one bottle of the franken for you since I named it with you on mind.  Ok girls and boys enjoy this Jelly Flaky franken named Dreaming of purple.  You all enjoy the rest of your week!!

Glitter in the air Franken meets Spectra

Good Morning!

Ever since I have made those Glitter in the Air Frankens I have lost count how many times i've worn them.  I like them so much, and I added a twist.  I added one coat of Spectra, gosh it made it so gorgeous!! Pink Holo Yummy!!! Then I got bored and I decided to give it a stamp with Bundlemonster in red!

Franken named Coffee Bean

Hello my dearies:

 I usually do not post on weekends but this mani I love so much it couldn't wait until monday.  Last night I was doing a mani/pedi and realized that I did not have a Chocolate Brown on my stash, the one I have is Revlon Hot Chocolate but that color on me looks almost black.  So I decided to do my own, mixed Revlon Hot Chocolate, OPI Big Apple Red and Essie Below the belt. Then I sponged my tips with Serena and Spectra Topcoat. Wow I cannot stop staring at my nails, I haven't had brown nail polish on my nails for like 10 yrs and I am not joking.  What is your favorite brown nail polish?

Franken goes Chunky Purple

Hi! Today is my bday yaay!!!! Anyways here is the mani for today, I slapped on four coats of this purple Glitter in the Air franken and applied to the tips Kleancolor Chunky Holo in Purple. So let's keep this short and sweet, hope you all like it. Have a great day!!!!

Galaxy Woman Franken

Good Morning:

I hope your 4th of July went awesome! Here is another I franken I created, actually it was already done but I decided to revamp it. I added Colorama Blazes of Blue, which is an HTF and discontinued polish.  I got it at the dollar store here in Puerto Rico, too bad the darn store closed one month after I bought the polish, which was 0.50 cents and  I bought $20.00 in polish! Believe Dollar Stores here in PR are crap, they have loads of junk and most of them do not carry nail polish and if they do its white polish and boring cremes, yeah good for frankening but not awesome drooling colors.  This franken originally had a pink polish which I forgot to wrote down the name, MAC pigment in yellow glitter? and Colorama Ice Princess. Well here are the pics, hope you enjoy them and have a good week.

Last night I got into my mad scientist mode after talking to some girls over at polishaholics, rofl!! Anyways I thought about  Deborah Lippman's Glitter in the Air and made some frankens, so here is one:

The mix was Orly Basketcase, WNW Party Of Five, white nail polish and lots of clear nail polish.  Those were four coats, looks so squishy, yummy like a Pop-Tart Cupcake
